We do not accept returns on personalised items unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Personalised products will be created based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are correct. We are not liable for errors in personalisation once the order has been confirmed. Only items that are defective or do not match your order specifications are eligible for a return and refund.
